Squats, lunges, deadlifts, press ups, chin ups. Then biceps, shoulders, back row witha resistance band. anywhere anytime.

If it's important, you'll make time

Very few people enjoy working out, unless it's done in a fun way (biking, swimming, hiking). Most of us can't do those things on a daily basis, so we're stuck in our living rooms with a treadmill or some weights, trying to improve ourselves. Bottom line is that you just have to discipline yourself to do it. Like my title says, if it's important to you, you'll make time to do it. I used to exercise in the evenings, but I found that it makes it harder for me to sleep (I can't sleep when I'm too warm), so I just switched to mornings. Sure I'd rather sleep, but there's something empowering about controlling my impulses, getting up early, and getting on my indoor bike for 20 minutes before I do anything else. It also feels great to go through the rest of the day knowing I've already exercised, and I can just RELAX in the evenings.

Free times

Just any of my free times. When I'm sitting down doing nothing, that gives me the idea that I should be working out.

Training in the morning

I used to find it really hard to find time exercising in the afternoon when I came from school, as their would be a million and one distractions hence a million and one excuses not to train. T.V, telephone, internet would all find them selves before the time I gave myself to train. Since having started training in the morning and gotten used to the routine I find it much easier and even more rewarding going through the rest of your day knowing you have already accomplished your goal of training that day!

You Have to Make Time

I don't think you 'find time' for exercise. If you value your health and fitness you need to make time for it. Period. It's important and if you have time to waste on Facebook and Twitter and watching the Biggest Loser, you have time to exercise. It's hard to get motivated, but everyone has the time if they make the time.

Shorter Workouts

I stopped doing the long, slow workouts at the gym and started doing higher intensity, mini workouts. 20 minutes of bootcamp or stair sprints and heavy weight training and I am good. I save the long, slow days for the weekends.
