just some tips that work for me
- Try different locations to switch it up a little bit. Also having a friend go with you is a good motivation to keep it up. Dont feel like you cant go alone because running alone can help you relieve some stress. There are apps available to keep track of your workouts and that seems to keep me motivated to work out more, plus makes me feel good when I beat a previous time. I recommend Endomondo. Good luck!

- For anyone thinking about starting trail running -- just do it! Once you give it a try, you will love it. It makes running fun again. No more boring runs on sidewalks or endless treadmills. Trail runs are always thrilling, and feel really fast because you have to pay attention. I find that I get a better workout and look forward to the next run. Try it - you'll love it.
