However, about 25 percent of runners need some type of specialized shoe for their unique foot type. Feet come in all shapes and sizes, but their structure tends to get grouped into several common categories.

I’ve never heard about different feet types-it’s very interesting. I want to add another important thing: it’s essential to select shoes by size, so you have to try on both shoes.
