If you're like me, buying running shoes is never an easy process and I'll put it off as long as possible. But running in old shoes doesn't do us any favors. To avoid running-related injuries, most experts recommend we replace our running shoes every 320 to 550 miles, but how many of us do that? How long will you run in your shoes before breaking down and buying new ones?
