The Ice Right™ wrap is an inexpensive, self contained cold therapy product with a compression wrap build in.
The Ice Right™ wrap offers a one-piece compression wrap with built-in pouch for ice. It allows an easy way to apply ice to a specific body part and gives great compression. One end of the wrap has a flexible pouch that holds a zip-loc bag of ice. You cold also use any small hot/cold pack if you prefer. Then wrap the elastic bandage and fasten with velcro. The ice will stay in place for hands-free application.
Bottom Line
It's a good product for the price ($9.99). I like the ease of use, the simpicity of design and the high quality material. I was able to ice my foot/ankle with ease. The wrap is long enough to easily fit around your torso to ice your back easily. You could use an ace wrap and ice pack, but for the price, it's nice to have something that won't side around. The downside is that you have to have ice on hand, although you could fit an ice pack easily in the pouch. Bottom Line: It's a nice additional wrap to keep in any first aid kit, as long as you have something cold to put inside the pouch.
