Swimmer Katie Hoff

NBC Olympics/USOC
Background and Accomplishments:
Katie Hoff is a member of the 2008 Olympic Swimming team.

Hailing from the same Baltimore swim club that produced Michael Phelps, Hoff has become arguably the top talent on the U.S. women’s team after a disappointing Olympic debut as a 15-year-old in 2004. In early 2006, she signed a 10-year deal with Speedo (at the time the longest contract in the brand’s history) and was named one of the "Twenty Teens Who Will Change the World" by Teen People. The Starbucks mocha addict and 2007 high school graduate drives a BMW that she purchased with her winnings.
