sport, the NC State English major is emerging as a strong contender
in the 50m freestyle – he won silver in the event at the 2007 World

His father, Ron, who had hoped Jones would follow in his footsteps and become a basketball player, eventually came around on his son's swimming career before dying of lung cancer while Jones was in high school.Other Interests:
