Seeking Sports Injury Stories
for Our Hall of Fame

I thought it was about time to really get to know who all of you viewers are, and to share some knowledge from the 'school of hard knocks.' So I'm creating a Sports Injury Hall of Fame so we can share the thrills and spills every athlete encounters at one time or another in the pursuit of sports glory. Whether you are a weekend warrior or a pro, you have a story to tell (and perhaps a picture to show). This feature of SportsMedicine.about.com is not here to encourage anyone to 'go out and get hurt.' That would be just plain stupid. You are all encouraged to follow the injury prevention guidelines! So be careful, but if you should find yourself with a story or a photo - send them my way so we can all commiserate.
