Guide Review - The Pain-Free Back - Book Review
Harris McIlwain, M.D., a board-certified rheumatologist, writes about his six-step program for achieving and maintaining a healthy back. He takes readers through identifying the cause of back pain and discusses ways to eliminate it on your own at home. A nice reference book to have and work through over time. It may provide you with some strategies you haven't thought of, but doing it all or getting through the book quickly might be a big challenge.
