Exercise Prevents Osteoporosis

Evidence shows that exercise may help build and maintain bone density at any age. Building bone density early in life is the best way to prevent osteoporosis later, but getting adequate calcium in your diet and getting the right kind of exercise can preserve the bone density you now have.

Osteopenia and osteoporosis can be reversed. I hve been researching this for over 5 years. There are many published reserch articles about treatment modalities from many medical traditions - including TCM that have been shown to be effective.
