Results of the Weight Loss Diet Study
Atkins? Zone? Ornish? Weight Watchers? Which diet plans really work? This was the question that Michael Dansinger, MD, a researcher from Tufts University asked last year when he started a study to find out the answer. His preliminary findings were announced November 10, 2003 at a news conference at the American Heart Association's annual meeting.
