After more than twenty years the Army has changed its fitness tests for recruits as well as the enlisted. The new Army fitness assessments do more than measure how many push ups you can do.

This version of Army Physical Fitness and Combat Readiness Tests adds a whole range of challenging whole-body movements, agility drills, heavy lifting and high-intensity anaerobic challenges.
