Happy New Year!

It's time to get a jump on your fitness resolution with a quick New Year's Day Workout. Get going with one of these quick workouts, and start creating a healthy exercise habit this year.

And if your head is throbbing, and your mind is a bit foggy this morning, at least try to drink some water, go for a walk and inhale a bit of fresh air today.
