Using the rowing machine takes practice Rowing is a great cardiovascular and strength-building exercise. The smooth, low-impact rowing motion works the whole body, is easy to learn and can challenge any fitness level. I love the rowing machine. Ever since I fractured may ankle and started using it (with one leg) during my rehab. I realized that it is a great and often overlooked piece of equipment.
Thanks for reminding me to use it more often.
