For the Child Who Has Everything - How about a Personal Trainer for Christmas?

Adults aren't the only ones who struggle to get into shape or lose weight. A growing number of kids are failing to meet some basic fitness standards. What's more alarming is that nearly a third of all kids are overweight and a quarter are considered obese. To turn this around, some parents are turning to personal trainers for both themselves and their children.

In addition to teaching kids how to eat right and exercise effectively, some trainers help kids develop sports-specific skills and reach the develop their sports potential. Finding a trainer who specializes in working with children it is becoming more common and more affordable.
