What does it take to adopt new injury prevention habits?

If you are like most people, sometimes its a painful lesson, usually in the form of a preventable injury, before we'll adopt a new exercise habit, like warming up longer, or stopping at the first signs of injury.

And while it's true that some injuries are completely unexpected and random, more often than not, there was something we could have done that would have helped prevent, or at least lessen, the extent of injury.

What Have You Learned From Your Injury?
After a sports injury, have you learned any lessons about prevention? Are you following that advice today? Here are some common responses. What have you learned?
