Rehab After Shoulder Surgery

Two common reasons for shoulder surgery include a torn rotator cuff and a shoulder fracture.

A fractured clavicle, or fractured collarbone, is a common sports injury that often requires surgical repair and immobilization while it heals.

Shoulder arthroscopy is often done to repair a torn rotator cuff.

Proper rehabilitation after surgery is the best way to fully recover your strength and range of motion after both injuries. Your physician and physical therapist will design and monitor your rehab program, but following rehabilitation exrecises are often recommended:
