Bicycle Saddle Fit - How to Stay Comfortable and Avoid Pain on the Bike

Few things can ruin a bike ride quicker than discomfort on your bicycle seat. Prolonged cycling on a poorly fitting bicycle saddle may lead to some male sexual problems including erectile dysfunction (ED) and impotence, but most men feel pain and numbness long before any permanent problems occur. From chafing to numbness, your bicycle saddle fit or lack of fit can ruin your ride and make cycling miserable.

Here are some tips and tricks for finding comfort and avoiding pain on the bicycle.

Pain and numbness are not part of the cycling experience and if these symptoms should be a big warning to all cyclists to modify your bike saddle, riding position or hours spent on the bike.
