Vegetarian? Athlete? What Should You Eat?

If you don’t eat meat it can take a bit more planning to get adequate protein for muscle building and tissue repair after heavy training. Vegetarians have to work a little harder than meat-eaters to get adequate amounts of iron, zinc, and B12, but a few precautions are all it may take to avoid deficiencies.
