Heading to the Mountains this Summer?

If you are one of the many who train at low altitude and plan to exercise at high altitude, you need to plan ahead to avoid the dreaded altitude illness. Symptoms of headache, nausea and fatigue often occur in those who travel from lower elevations up to 8,000 feet or more.

If you are heading to the mountains, and plan any activity once there, these tips and precautions for high-altitude exercise might help you stay safe as well as comfortable.
