Friday January 25, 2008
The Bicycle Maneuver Exercise is one of the most effect abdominal strengthening exercises you can do according to the American Council on Exercise. Check out this quick 'how-to' and add it to your regular strength training routine.

Another great ab strengthening exercise is ab crunches on an exercise ball
Ab Curl on Exercise Ball

To do this exercise, sit on the exercise ball and let the ball roll back slowly and lie back until your thighs and torso are parallel with the floor. To work the oblique muscles, make the exercise less stable by moving your feet closer together.
