Physical Activity Reduces Your Risk of Catching Colds

Research continues to look at the link between exercise and immunity. The good news is that most studies are finding that moderate, regular exercise may help keep your immune system in good shape and lower your risk of catching colds. However, there appears be a point where too much exercise can actually lower your immunity. How much is too much?
