Rehab Exercises After Shoulder Surgery

Shoulder arthroscopy is often done to repair a torn rotator cuff muscle and proper rehabilitation after surgery is the best way to fully recover your strength and range of motion.

While your physician and physical therapist should design and monitor your program, the following exercises are most commonly recommended after shoulder arthroscopy:
