Stability Ball Push Up

If you want to move beyond the basic push up for upper body strength, try stability push ups. This variation of the push up increases the difficulty (as well as the effectiveness of the standard push up).

Not sure what a stability balls is or why you should get one? They are multi-functional items that can be used for working out, to substitute for a weight bench, or chair, and use it for working, stretching, yoga, Pilates and even sitting at your desk.
