Lightning Safety

According to NOAA, (the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration), lightning is the second-leading weather killer in the United States. It is also one of the most dangerous and frequently encountered weather hazards that many physically active people face each year.

If you spend a lot of time exercising outdoors, read these lightning safety reminders and tips to help prepare and stay safe this summer.
