Older Couch Potatoes Gain Most from Exercise

Starting exercise late in life has big gains, according to a recent study. Results of the 6 month study found that a group of sedentary elderly men and women had much bigger gains in fitness than young people doing the same exercise. It's encouraging news for anyone considering starting exercise, but even moreso for those over 60.
