Preventing Swimmer's Ear

Earaches and Swimmer's Ear (Otitis externa) are a common, but avoidable problem for swimmers. It starts with an itchy ear after a swim. In time the itch intensifies to pain, particularly when the ear is touched or the ear is pulled. The best treatment is prevention.
