R.I.C.E. is effective but its really slow. In order to accelerate the rehab process you need to add movement to the equation but only after a doctor has confirmed you don’t have a fracture or torn ligaments/tendons.

Safe, effective and complete rehab is possible using advanced training techniques. This approach is the standard approach to rehabbing a sprained ankle and will normally take 4-6 weeks to get results.
